Silence. Solitude. Service.
Join us for Centering Prayer
Wednesdays at 6:30 a.m. – 7:30 a.m. in the Rogers Chapel (Enter through the outside Chapel doors into the hallway)
Sundays at 8:00 a.m. – 8:45 a.m. in the Fireside Room (Enter through the front doors near the Church Office)
Two, three or more regularly participate on Sunday and Wednesday mornings.
The services consist of Centering Prayer practice involving a period of silent stillness in an effort to open one’s mind and heart to God in quiet meditation. Short scriptural recitations open and conclude the period of silence.
Nothing is more beautiful than the uniqueness that God has created.
You don’t have to create the beauty – you’ve got the beauty.
You don’t have to create the freedom – you’ve got it.
You don’t have to create the image of God in you – you have it.
You don’t have to win over God’s love – you have more than you know what to do with.
